Is my CPU good?

I have an Intel I5-4590 that has a base of 3.3Ghz to a turbo of 3.7Ghz. Is this good to run new games like Rise of the Tomb Raider or Just Cause 3? On steam it recommends an Intel i7-3770K which has a base of 3.5GHz base to 3.9GHz turbo for the new Rise of the Tomb Raider game. Thanks...

The CPU is good enough. It also kinda depends on your GPU though...

the i7 also has 4 more threads. but yes, youu should be able to comfortably play those games. the GPU is a far greater concern for these games.
