Razer Deathadder playing up

Hello, yes, finally, this mouse is almost 2 years old and it has started playing up, the lights on it start flashing and the mouse stops working for like split seconds but it is really noticeable.

 

I was wondering how I should go about RMA'ing the mouse, I bought it from eBay and it was new, bought it 2014.

 

Can I even RMA because I didn't buy it from the overpriced razer store? God I wish I bought something else instead of this thing, it was great when it worked and the grip is great but it has started flickering the lights and the mouse stops being responsive when the lights are flickering.

 

So basically I have no clue on how to RMA anything. Any help is appreciated...

either way, switch usb ports, try uninstalling synapse, its been acting up this ,month

Might be a issue with the cable? That no power goes to the mouse just for a split second.

See if the lights ever flicker while you are not moving the mouse.

Ok, I think I might have fixed it I think that USB outlet was screwed up

Found the problem, USB Port was screwed Mouse is fine and dandy, thanks a lot
