Realtek High Definition Audio driver making static!

So this is linked to my old problem when i was getting a lot of static from any audio device connected to my PC. I've found the problem, managed to make a temp fix, but i want to know if there is a fix.

So, In device manager, under Sound, video and game controllers, I currently only have

-AMD High Definition Audio Device [Disabled]

-Intel® Display Audio

-Turtle Beach PX22

Under System devices, i have 3 "High Definition Audio Controller"s. The top one being linked to "Realtek High Definition Audio". I have this disabled and my sound is fine, running through the "Turtle Beach PX22" Driver. If i Enable it, then "Realtek High Definition Audio" re-appears in Sound, video and game controllers and the static starts again. Some people would say that its better if its running through the Turtle Beach driver instead, but Turtle Beach's driver sucks since if there is a low level of noise, the audio cuts out. I used to run my sound through the Realtek driver to stop this.

Is this a hardware issue with my motherboard? Or the driver just being spak?

NOTE- YES! I HAVE RESTARTED MY PC!!!!

The only help I can give right now is my in progress audio static troubleshooting guide:

Hopefully it provides a solution. Please check out the DPC Latency Checker with the Realtek enabled and static occurring.
