So it has been a couple of years (10 to be exact) since I have had a PC dedicated to gaming. Needless to say I had to do a lot of research recently to catch up on things. Now I am not looking for anything super fancy, looks do not matter at this point (that build will be in the future). I am just looking for a rig that will get me 60fps 1080p for at least the next year. I plan to upgrade/do another build in the future. From my research I have put together a build but I would appreciate some real world feedback and input. Is this a decent build? Will it meet my standards? Is there any bottlenecking or unused power? Is there anything that is overkill? Please and thank you guys. :)

EDIT: Didn't put a case in the build because I did get a free one from a friend. The Corsair 230T.

I would like to keep some things to cut on cost, so if your see any way I could I would appreciate it.

Sorry for the late response but if you are willing to keep parts I would go for a better psu and a cpu. For cpu I would go for something like a i5-4690k if you don't want to go highend.
