I've had it for quite a few months now and I just remembered I could change the LEDs, so I installed the driver and went to change it and the option did not show up, so I watched a video, and I noticed the guy had two more wires coming out of his H100i. I searched the box and there was nothing else inside, so I guess I never got them.

But what do they do? Is it worth contacting corsair and telling them I never received these wires?

It's a lot more likely that you misplaced the link cables than you never received them. There are 4 cables that can come out of a h100i pump, the 3pin pump power cable, the 2 corsair link Y splitter fan cables and the microusb link cable. First one powers the pump, the second two allow you to power and control 4 fans through corsair link and the microusb cable lets you connect the pump to the motherboard usb2 headers to use link to control things. You only need the last one to control the pump LEDs.

Managed to find them where they shouldn't be.

However corsair's link program is right there next to AMD drivers as the worst pieces of software ever created, I can not see any fans nor the LED color, and every 10 seconds "A new device has been detected" pop up opens, have reinstalled 10 times.
