Buget Gaming Rig

Can you guys help me in building my new PC. I want to play games like battle field 4, far cry 4, assassin's creed syndicate, star wars battle front etc. in playable fps( + 50 fps).  Don't need to worry about budget , just tell me a latest config. that is slightly higher than what i need to play this games. I am from india but you can tell be the price of U.S and i don't need other peripherals like monitor, key board etc. I just tell me a config of CPU, motherboard, cooler, graphics card, ram ( 8gb), cabinet, storage, PSU,and optical drive.
