https://pcpartpicker.com/ will help. Just research, double check, triple check, and when you're satisfied, CHECK AGAIN. DIY pcs are awesome, but require a very solid understanding of the interrelated eco-system than is a pc. theres nothing worse than investing your hard earned money to either mis-install, breaking the part, or getting an incompatible part, making more downtime than you'd expected, and potentially eliminating your chance at troubleshooting other potential problems while you wait. RMA time periods only last so long, and you want as smooth of a process as possible to eliminate unforseen/unavoidable issues.
