Motherboard options

Ok so I am throwing together a fairly cheap pc with an overclocked r9 280. I have picked out mostly everything except the motherboard. I am thinking on getting an fx 6300 but that can be changed to one of similar price/performance. The 6300 is an am3+ but I am having trouble finding a good mobo for possible overclocking and user friendly for some gaming. I have looked at the gigabyte ga-970a-ud3p and the asrock 970-pro3 r2.0/970m (is the only difference the form factor?) and asus m5a97 plus. Any suggestions? I would like to keep it under ~$70. ~Dan
