SSD Support/Help

Furtiveee

Hey, well I build my new rig in June 2015 and I was playing a game off csgo and my computer froze so I turned of my rig from the power supply. When I went to turn it back on.. It was stuck at the gigabyte splashscreen for about 3-5 minutes and then it's a black background with a flashing white underscore than if you keep it there it goes to a new screen saying "Reboot and select proper boot device" i have access to the bios/boot options and it is recognizing my ssd and my other hard drive but it's not booting from it.. Can anyone help please? Thank you

EDIT: I even downloaded Windows 8.1 on a usb and tried to boot from that and did the same thing it did with the ssd..

Reset the CMOS battery and try to boot into Safe Mode by pressing F8 on the next startup (not sure if 8.1 allows this though). If your Gigabyte board offers dual BIOS push that button instead of F8 (it will still be a function key).
