I like to think waaay ahead of time on my future PC upgrades.

My current objective is getting a new MoBo since mine is dying(i'll buy an SLI compatible one), changing the case to the 690III and upgrading my RAM to 16GB. Its all feasible to do in the next 3 to 7 months.

After all that, the next objective is upgrading my graphics processing power.

With the Pascal line coming at the end of this year, probably the 900 line will have a considerable price cut next year, which will make the 970 even cheaper than it already is. So I was thinking in getting another one, since it will probably much cheaper than getting a 980TI. Yes, I know that 2x 970 wields less performance than a single 980Ti, but one 970 is MUCH cheaper.

So... I was thinking:

Since my GTX970 is open-air style wouldn't it be better for the overall temps for my new bottom card to be blower-style?
