Slim/Small Reusable Cable Combs

I am looking for some reusable cable combs that are not big looking. I like the stealth combs but I can't take them off. Is there any combs like the stealth combs I can easily take off?

Have you checked a 3D printing site like Shapeways? 

 

If you really can't find what you're looking for you can get in touch with someone who 3D prints to help you fabricate some of these. 

 

They're often helpful for things like this because they can continue to sell the design after they've made it for you.
