ultimaker 2 material slipping

i got a ultimaker 2 but when im printing sometimes the material slips.

also i had the feeder motor acting weird. could this be the nozzle beeing cloghed?

Sounds like you have the material feeder over tightened.    It will cause slips and problems with extrusion.
