Power Supply Issue

I have a Corsair HX750 and I've had it for about two years now. Ever since Ive had it I've had the issue below.

Scenario 1: I unplug it and plug it back in. Press the power button and it will load my BIOS but will not post. I hit the reset button and it will then it will post.

Scenario 2: I plug in my external 3.5" hard drive (it has a separate power source and USB 3.0 plug) and it will either make my post time extremely slow or it will just not post unless I reset it. Hell it seems the more stuff I have plugged into it the longer it takes to post.

My buddy has an AX750 and has the same exact issue. And we both have some sort of audible ground loop or EMI issue through our usb, external sound cards, onboard audio, everything. Coincidence?

Might just be a motherboard or Windows issue.

doesnt sound like thats a psu problem. sounds more like motherboard problems
