Fallout 4 Lighting bug need help

Im having a bad lighting issue and i don't know how to fix it im not finding any forums about this and don't know what to do, i replaced all my ini files with clean ones besides base modding code. i disabled all lighting mods and it hasn't changed, the image below shows the pixleated and shadows are out of place. if any one can help please. this bug is super annoying and i dont know how to fix it.

reset all your mods and add them back one by one

should find it eventually

i turned off all my mods and it still does it, it also crashes when i try to go into building mode.

never mind i found a few mods i accidently skipped over and its fixed
