Homemaker not working? (Fallout 4)

I manually installed homemaker today and when I started up a new game none of the new stuff was there. There were a couple of items from homemaker (i think) in vanilla categories but none of the fancy new stuff. All of my other mods are working properly but just not homemaker. I used LOOT to fix my load order.
