MSI mother board problems

I recently bought an MSI mother board that is the 970A-G43 AMD. And I got dverything put in the video card and the the power supply. After re staging things. I turned it on and no video display. I don't get the HDD LED lighting up ether. So I don't know what to do. Please help!

I put on my speaker to do that. And it won't work no sounds

So all of the components worked previously to having this new board? There's always a chance that it's just doa and you can probably get a new one. Of course first you're probably going to want to make sure the board it dead and nothing else. If everything else was working before, try using different ram slots, reseating cpu, reseat gpu, etc.

Yeah I mean all my fans run and stuff that is getting power so I will see. Into further explanation

Well I don't see anyone missin or not plugged in right but I am still investigating

Well I get no post at all. Everything is on. But no post. It might be my CPU then.
