Double sided color laser printer?

In the market for a laser printer as my inkjet doesn't perform well enough on gloss materials.

 

I'd love if i could do double sided printing and this printer has to be a color printer. I plan on doing at least 700- 1500 pages within in the next 2 months so cheap toner per page is a plus

 

EDIT: 60% of these pages will be directory or photo pages; this just has to be a printer being an fax/scanner isn't necessary

 

I have a budget of 350-400 dollars including printing those 700-1500 pages (paper not included in this price)

I have the HP Officejet Pro 8620 and it can print double sided.
