Screen capturing not HD

My laptop never records HD I've tried so many other programs, recorded hd and still no luck.

Please help me, I have all the details you need in the picture!

Well i capture 1366x728!

And render in 1080p

I can, but when i replay a video it shows less than what i required.

Are you trying to say the left side of the video gets cut off?  Like in the picture?

No, im not. The quality is not normal, I record HD, after I look back at the video its a lower resolution the quality.

One of my vids, yes I play agario only because it's the only game I can record with less lag.

I noticed, my pc can screenshot anything fine, theres something with screen capturing.

In Bandicam go to the video tab and at the bottom of the "Format" section click the settings button, and make sure Quality is set to 100.  It is only 80 by default and will result in a lower quality output file if not set to 100.

I do that in every video.
