Watercooling Leak

Go to solution Solved by Daanish710,

I have actually figured out that it isnt a spill. My cooler can change coulor when a dye is added. I beleive I spilt some red dye on the card when I was filling the cooler. I have ran the system for about an hour and left tissues and nothing yet.

Do you know if I can fillthe cooler because it isnt a the way to the top with fluid...

Thanks

Hi there my Rajintek Triton seems to be leaking. The computer boots and everything but I noticed some red colour on my graphics card. So i took out of my setup to fix it.

Should I turn the system on to see where it is leaking from?

Also the liquid is getting low, what should i put in it? regular water or something else.... (I know noting about watercooling)

Thanks very much!

NO!!! keep everything off/unplugged and let it all dry for at least a day!  I would never put that back in my pc after it was leaking, asking for serious trouble.  Try to send it back for anything you can get for it.  A lot of people's leak where the pump cable comes out of the block

edit: posted on mobile, sorry it sounds kinda short.  I'd definitely open the case and maybe set a fan up blowing inside (not a fan plugged into the PC) and make sure everything is dry before turning the computer back on.  You may even want to lightly clean the affected areas with rubbing alcohol on a q-tip.

Sorry for your misfortune and welcome to the forums!
