Yes, most user will not notice the improvement of speed from the 950 PRO, specially in game loading times.

2 and do raid? If so ive heard raid is risky but offers better performance, whats your opinion?

2 and use them separately so you always have a 2nd drive to fall back to should one fail

Raid 0 is double the speed, and double the chance of losing all your data (well, not entirely double, but still, you get the point). Shouldn't be a problem if you backup regularly.
