GitHub Website for Projects? Huh?

I have been getting into githubing and mostly forking other projects and modifying it. I have recently forked a Samaritan project from Person of Interest and changed some of the words is says. Now I have no clue whatsoever how to make the github page for the HTML / JS / CSS project to run!

That website allows you to click through out the word phrases for the original producers but.... I have no clue how to achieve the same design...

 

When I go to the automatic page generator I am given the problem of it giving me a template which I could care less about because I need the page like the one listed above to work as a HTML site so it works the same with the only being the words.

You have to use github pages for this.

The setup is pretty self explanatory and you should have it up in a few minutes if you know how to use git, here's the step by step introduction.
