Looking for TV Antenna

So my mother is looking for a nice TV Antenna its one of the ones where you of course plug into your TV.

 

Now by nice I mean really nice, like it has to have great range and great signal receiving capabilities. And be Indoors. 

 

Could you guys help me out? Budget under 20$ or 30$
