What is a good 650w semi/fully modular psu in my budget and okay ill change that

These are the 2 things that I would change out for the system you've given us.

Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($87.89 @ OutletPC)
Total: $157.88

Pcpartpicker says 481w

so what psu should i get for around 80$ or below

and i would like it to be semi or fully modular for cable management

Get a 650W for extra headroom. Also, change that SSD. It's bad, really slow read and write. Get a Samsung 850.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X | CPU Cooler: Stock AMD Cooler | Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING (WI-FI) | RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (4x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 | GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB Zotac Mini | Case: K280 Case | PSU: Cooler Master B600 Power supply | SSD: 1TB  | HDDs: 1x 250GB & 1x 1TB WD Blue | Monitor: 24" Acer S240HLBID | OS: Win 11 Pro.
