I'm getting stuck in a boot loop that takes 2-3 restarts to get into Windows. I get Code 94 on my mobo and after removing my PCI-e wireless card, which is this TP-Link WDN4800, It boots but I'm not sure why it isn't working.

Any ideas?

What does the boot code correspond to in your MOBO manual?

"PCI Bus Enumeration"

I have a HDD, SSD, M.2 drive and a 980ti. but it boots with all those things.

Check the lane assignments in the manual. Depending on where you're plugging the Wifi card into, the PCIe slot may be disabled due to M.2 being enabled. Odd quirk that comes with most X99 boards and M.2 implementation.

Yeah I've checked that and put it in an enabled slot but the wifi card literally causes my PC to not boot.

Do you have any other PCIe device that you could plug in? The card itself may be the issue. You could also try swapping the GPU to a different slot and putting the wifi card in its place.

If you can't get into the BIOS with the card plugged in there's not much troubleshooting to do aside from hardware swaps. You could try a BIOS update but that would be a last ditch effort.

If you can get into the BIOS try forcing the lane assignment on the WiFi card to match its rating (x1/x4/etc.)
