EVGA 500W PSU
SAMSUNG EVO 850 SSD 250GB
Corsair SPEC-01
Intel Core i7-5820K Haswell-E 6-Core 3.3 GHz LGA 2011-v3 140W BX80648I75820K Desktop Processor
ASUS X99-A/USB 3.1 LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Memory Kit Model CMK16GX4M2A2400C14
WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD10EZEX - OEM

And because the I7 5820K does not come with a cooller, which should I get? I am NOT going to OC. is this one br good enough?

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rrgmm416pkr2

and would it interfere with the ram or something else?

don't ask to many questions plz... lest just stick to what I am actually asking.

First of all, I'd change that PSU. Get a SeaSonic 520W or an Antec HCG.

Any cheap cooler would do fine if you're not overclocking. If you want something that looks decent and performs well for about $30, I'd look at the Cryorig H7.

You should use 4 DIMM to be use the quad channel.

Change the GPU to a R9 390.

And get a better PSU.

212 evo would be fine for a cooler, and I would swap out the PSU for something more recommended and get a 390 instead of a 970 if you want better performance.

I'd still look to getting a better PSU. That one isn't suited for a build like yours.

Should be better than the stock Intel cooler. Not sure about noise or reliability.

It'll hold up okayish. Try not to use it for more than 3-6 months.

why?... what could go wrong?...

It's just not suitable/reliable for a gaming/rendering rig like yours.
