Win 10 User Migration

Hi,

so this might sound stupid but... I have a laptop running windows 10. I have an old user that I don't want to use and want to use a new user. It will be on the same computer. Is there any software that can transfer the data from the old user to the new user? If you need elaboration, let me know...
