You should upgrade.

Not because of the wattage, it's just that the CX series isn't the best. The EVGA G2 650W PSU would do nicely.

I'm not sure, GTX 970 SLI is cutting it real close on 650 watts.

Pretty sure you can find some seasonic and xfx 750 watt psus around the G2's price. Try one of those.

It should be enough. Alternatively, OP could go for a EVGA B2 750W PSU for around the same price.

I would play it safe get at least a 750w unit, preferably an 850w, OP might want to OC down the road.

750W would be more than enough for OC 970s in SLI.

Maybe I have numbers mixed up in my head and I'm recalling something else.

So an 850 G2?

The EVGA Supernova 850w G2 is certainly a better, higher quality unit than the Corsair CX750M, and it's not simply because it's Gold and the CX is bronze either. If you did not have the CX750M already, I would say get the EVGA Supernova 650G2 or the 750B2 (since it's often on sale) for that system; however, that isn't the case and I would say stick with your CX750M for now rather than spending around $100 USD (not factoring rebates if there's any) or so.

If you still adamant about not sticking with the CX750M and want to get a better quality unit, then it would be helpful to know your budget and stores that you are able to buy from (link will help, as it can tell us what is available to you if you live in an unfamiliar region)

My budget currently is around $150, And I would prefer newegg, but any other site would do. And I live in the U.S.

Since it price at a very good deal now, the EVGA Supernova 750 B2 is an great unit that is better build than your CX750M.

If you want a fully modular option, the 750G2 is another excellent unit, but you could save $10 if you go for the 650G2 which will power your system as well.

And here's a review: http://www.hardocp.com/article/2014/11/19/nvidia_geforce_gtx_970_sli_4k_nv_surround_review/10#.Vp-q7lLLu4w

A system with an i7 3770K OCed to 4.8GHz with two 970 in SLI during gaming loads had draw 451wAC at the wall (due to inefficiency of the PSU, the actual power draw of the components is lowered).
