Pc not working right help.

Okay so the other day I turned my computer on a couple days after I installed a new motherboard. That was the first and only time I had turned on my computer. I logged on and saw a thing in the bottom left corner of my screen that said activate windows. I'm using windows 10 home btw. I was gonna open a game on steam and deal with it later but when I opened steam my PC froze. I waited a couple minutes and it was still frozen. I decided to reset my PC. But when I tried to turn it back on my monitor wouldn't detect my computer. My wasn't on and my keyboard was doing its default rgb pattern. I need help. I have no idea what to do.
