You might not  need a sound card unless you're a sound geek. Also, can you provide the part picker URL? Thanks :D

ps - what are the differences between the 970 and 390

Completely different cards, NVIDIA and AMD respectively. A lot of people say the 390 is better in terms of price to performance. I own a 970 but I've used a 390 in other builds. Both are good cards, so it's really up to you.

R9 390 has overall better performance and more vram. PSU is still a fire hazard. Get any PSU on the psu whitelist.

You probably don't need a sound card or an optical drive

You're missing an SSD

You still have a Z chipset for no reason

Probably not the best PSU

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.
