Computer Stuff for College

Alright there isn't really a more specific topic for this, so General Discussion will have to do. Anyway, I am looking to go to college soon. What is the best college for it? More in depth I want to go for hardware design, probably in the GPU department. Details: GPA isn't an issue, location doesn't really matter but if anything closer to the South West border of the United States would be best. Also money wise, the cheaper the better. If I don't get back sooner than later, Thanks in Advance.

Computer Engineering is the major you want for computer hardware development. It's very similar to Electrical Engineering, but it focuses on smaller components. I'm not too familiar with what the good Engineering schools are in the South West as I went to college in the North East.

I guess I don't know colleges well but a bunch around in Wisconsin have computer science and computer engineering. If your interested in Video Game Design at all Full Sail university is great, little pricy tho
