Is good idea to buy maxwell (980 ti) now or wait for pascal. Do I get more performance out of my money then? I start thinking about it since I watch ces gigabyte 980 ti with that led fans. Luke says it will come with pascal but with 980 to too. I dont want to buy that edition what so ever, but he said that "or buy 980 ti now" with voice "of you are an idiot.

I say buy now. I was like you on the fence on rather to pick up a 380-380x or wait for the new series of GPUs. I realized that I was going to be miserable just waiting on my 750 Ti for months and months and months.

Just get it now. New series of consumer grade card for the replacement of 980 ti may take about an year to get released.

New releases have huge price spikes. You'll probably be better off picking up a second 980ti when it's released due to the price decrease on previous gen stuff.
