Hi,

I just got myself a new K70 and was wondering why there are two USB Cables:

(From the manual)

-USB Connection cable

-USB Pass-through cable

What's the difference?

Secondly, what's the USB Port on the back of the keyboard for?

Because the manual labels it as "USB-Pass-through port", yet that cable is already plugged into the keyboard as well as the "USB Connection cable"

Cheers

The USB pass-trough is well.. a USB pass-trough, so you can plug 1 kabel in your pc and put your mouse in the keyboard

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Thanks!

Also, what is "Bios" mode option for on the keyboard?

it`s a switch for the bios, so when you`re in  a older bios, it will still recognize your keyboard (when the switch is flipped).

By the way when you ask someone about something, you have to quote him/her

to game or not to game, that`s the question

The second usb plug is so that the usb port on the keyboard does not route through a hub and instead connects directly to the a usb port on the motherboard. The result is less delay and less "I have 30 things plugged into a usb hub" type issues that can happen.

The bios switch tries various combinations that will boot your computer into bios mode so you can change your settings when you turn it on and won't have to press any buttons while it is booting.
