Suggestions for my pc please

Hello, I will be going to university in 5 months so I am planning to built a computer to work with like autocad and also play some games.  I have 2000 usd from my scholarship but I just want to use 1000 usd as a maximun so I can buy a keyboard, screen, mouse, and the licenses for the engineering program.

 

I have this built so far. Anything you think I shall change?
