Depends what games you play. In raw performance - yes. However you have to look at the stability aswell as heat output, extra power requirements. Dual GPU systems tend to give you more heartache than they do good to be honest. You will get more FPS; however, the trade off is higher heat, louder fans, more power consumption and the possibility of poor stability with certain games which renders the dual set up pointless.
