Intel Compute Stick NO DISPLAY AUDIO

Hello all. I just did a fresh install of Windows 8.1 on the Intel Compute Stick STCK1A32WFC and I have installed the Intel driver utility and gotten all of the latest drivers and the display audio will not function at all. I have been sitting here for the past two hours googling things and nothing has worked. Please help! Thank you.

use the newest 15.33 drivers from intel..and it will work fine

Yep already did this twice; it didn't work.
