Trouble installing Windows

When I get to the step where I choose what storage device the OS will go on, I'm met with this.

I have important data on the hard drive and I don't want to format it. Any ways to install without losing data?

Nope. Just back up (on a different drive) and install.

Extend one of those partitions at the bottom and combine them, then click the drive you would like to install the OS on > > New >> Make a 50000MB Partition (50GB) and then install on there.

As said above, no. You need to back up all data and then format the drive, install windows and then transfer the data back.

Slelect that drive. Installer will ask what to do stuff already on that drive. If all your stuff is under Uders or other Windows made folders, installer will save them under Windows.old. Other files will be lost.
