I cant install Windows 10. HELP!

Hi. I cant install windows 10 on my partition. I am getting msg:""Windows 10 cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GP disks." I even cant format disk.

 

I am using bootable pendrive with windows 10. In bios i use first bootable USB.
