If you have to ask, I would avoid it. If you do order, make sure you pay with a credit card and not bank transfer/PayPal funds. If you pay with a credit card and it turns out to be a scam you can call up the credit card company and chargeback your payment (otherwise you'll need to hope PayPal can assist you but credit card chargeback is much better for the buyer).

I use CD keys since joker from joker productions and Brian from techyescity both are affiliated with that website.

I bought black ops 3 with nuketown for $40 when it was $60 on steam. They email you a steam CD key.

You just go into steam and choose "activate product" type in the code, and steam starts downloading the game. Then it's in your library just like any steam game would be normally.
