Comprehensive post on LTT itself and tomshardware.

 

For your build, given the motherboard is SLI capable, I would recommend any 750-850 watt PSU from tier one from the two forum threads. Find any that's the cheapest at where you live. 750W will be enough to power dual 980's (heck I tested dual 980 Ti's myself with a RM750x, no problems). Although try to get 850W to stay on the very safe side, especially if you're overclocking.
