Will It Fit? Watercooling

and im considering changing the cooler on there to this water cooler

first could someone tell me if this is compatible with my cpu and motherboard. Also this looks a little cheap, any other suggestions? 

but my problem is that there are only 2 fan slots, which I want to use for intake, I'd make a compromise with dedicating one fan slot to this but can I mount this elsewhere?

Other than the front on the S340 there is not really another spot, just note that a 280mm rad most likely will not fit due to the end tanks and how the mounting points are oriented but a 240mm AIO will not have a problem.
