New Laptop

i dont know if this is the right topic and im sorry if its not,
 

so i just bouth a new laptop its a lenova thinkpad or something i cant remember but everytime i turn it on it comes like a window where it says Boot Menu and App menu i dont know what to do...on the Boot menu it says

ATA HDD0: HGST HTS725050A7E630
PCI LAN
LAN(28D233B17CE6) - IPv4
LAN(28D233B17CE6) - IPv6

 

And in the App Menu it says

 

Setup
Diagnostic Splash Screen
Lenovo Diagnostics

 

I dont know what to do and i hope i could get some help to fix it so i can use it.

Sounds like you've edited your BIOS where it ask you where to boot to each time.

 

Restore BIOS back to defaults, or if you made this change intentionally just select the drive you want to boot to.  (which I'll assume is the ATA HDD)

Go to the Setup option, and find an option to reset everything back to defaults.
