It started happening today. My GPU has got some FPS drops since new. My PC is about 4 weeks old. On Unigine Heaven, I went from 60-70 on high to 40-50. I dont know whats happening. I will update this in a few minutes, gonna do some benchmarks. PC is "Firecore" in my sig.

This, it's possible there is some obstruction in airflow somewhere that causes throttling.

CPU about 20-30. Spiking for some reason

CPU is the problem then.

It should't be running 20-30 during a benchmark

Yeah your GPU temps are high for idle, try doing something on them and see how high GPU gets. If you can't find any reason inside your case for it to run so hot it may be the fans and you should consider an rma.
