So I am planning on livestreaming some games like GTA V on my PC but worried that it would not be strong enough. Here are the specs of my PC and I would like to know whether if I can livestream with it and if I can, what resolution and FPS should I livestream at based on my specifications.

List of games I plan to Livestream:

GTA V

CSGO

TF2

Unturned

Minecraft

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Gene

Casing: Cooler Master Enforcer

HDD: 1TB 7200RPM

RAM: 16GB DDR3

Processor: Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4 GHz

GPU: Gigabyte nVidia GTX 960 4GB

PSU: Corsair VS650

Cooling fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212X

OS: Windows 10 64 Bit

Internet connection: 30mbps download/5mbps upload

I appreciate anyone who takes the time to answer, thank you.

You will be fine. hardware wise there are streamers that use way less quality equipment to stream and are famous (will speak about this more), in terms of your internet. 5mbs is fine if you do not share with a lot of ppl that use upload, as twitch only allows 3.5mb MAX anyways. a lot of big time streamers still only do 720p30 for streaming and record in the background at 1080p30. with what you have you should be fine as long as you get over 30 fps and are streaming/ recording at 30fps the viewers wont normally be able to tell. but at that equipment you should run better than that even when recording/streaming

 Pc Speck's : i7-6700K 4.0GHz , GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming 6GB , 16 GB Corsair Vengance DDR4 - 3400 , ROG SWIFT PG278Q 144Hz , (2) Acer G277HL bid 60Hz.
