Right now I'm searching for dedicated server for my community. I found 3 servers, that would be good for my needs (I have Minecraft servers, about 4 un total, with avg 60 players on all servers together).

If you could get #2 but with SSDs instead of HDDs I'd go for that. That's basically an i5-4690 but with ECC support, meaning you won't get any memory errors (corrects one bit errors and detects two bit errors, two bit and higher errors are rare enough to be considered nonexistent). While you lose a bit in core speed, I'd consider the ECC memory worth it.

The E5-1620v2 is a generation older (i7-3xxx) equivalent) so IPC is going to be on par with the e3-1231v3. And you don't need more than 32GB of RAM for your load.
