A certain A.I. game

So I figured that this would be the best place to ask. There was a game that I played a very long time ago. It was a game about talking to an A.I. through email/messageboards, and stopping an evil A.I. from hunting her and others like her down, the game was mostly text if I remember correctly and I'm pretty sure that the name of the game was the name of the A.I. girl. So does this ring a bell to anyone, its been a good few years since I played it, and can't for the life of me remember it fully.

No idea why. But my first thought was "I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream". I'm pretty sure that's not it. But that is what came to my mind.

Also a good game I'll have to put on my list to play, but after literally 5 hours of searching, i finally found it!

It's called "Digital: A love story" and apparently it's not as old as I remember it, came out in 2010, roughly when I played it haha
