Pc KO'D

Basically pulled every wire out so I could do some cable management now my pc didn't get to the windows desk top just the windows sign with the loading circle under it screen. It scanned and recovered files it now takes ages to start up and restart

Than it did before please help

Any sharp tools you were using, any damage to the wires maybe?

 

How about your storage device are all its cables properly plugged? Are they in same position as before?

Did you try restarting after the recovery? If not try again it could have been a temporary result of the recovery, or triple check the wires to make sure none of them are partially in.

Noticed the hard drive cables were in different places but don't think there are any damages to the cables.

check if the cpu power is in the pcie power, i know for at least the evga supernova you could accidently plug in into the wrong socket (given when i did it it simply didn't power on)

I'd just say make sure all of your cables are in properly.  If you don't know what you are doing, do don't do it.  Only do it under a learning environment.
