So I have had my system for about a month now (specs; Intel 5960x, 2 Titan x hybrid cards in sli, ROG Rampage v Extreme, 64 gb of corsair dominator platinum) about 1 week ago my system got frozen on asus motherboard post code 6F and shut down without booting, after this It booted fine but brought me to the American meggatrends saying overclocking failed (all I had done by way of overclocking was enabled an XMP profile to turn the memory to its default 2666mh, it also said to do this in the manual). Today I went to see if their were any new GeForce drivers out and it said I had only 48 gigs so I restarted into the BIOS and surly enough my motherboard was saying dimms d1 and d2 were empty. All of the light strips on the ram sticks are on, I'm getting no error codes anywhere with anything, every program incuding win10 is working with no issues, I don't know if it's a motherboard problem or a ram problem (both me and my checking account hope it nether) I don't even know if my problem is related to my crash. If you have ANY idea what this is please help me out and leave some helpful info.

Swap the sticks in the slots to check if it's dead ram or a dead ram slot.
