Is my modem dying?

Until about three weeks ago, my internet was flawless. I was getting 10 Up 30 Down, could watch videos in 1080p, could play multiplayer games without any crashes and surf the internet at fast speeds.

 

Now, it seems my internet has degraded down to virtually nothing. I can barely watch videos at 480p , am getting disconnected constantly from my games, and it takes 10+ seconds to load a simple webpage. However, when I run my speed test, I'm still getting the same 10 Up 30 Down that I was getting before. Resetting the modem helps for a day or two, but it always ends up going back to the problematic speeds. The modem I'm using is the Comcast ISP modem, which I've had for over three years now. Could it be dying on me?

Have you checked your Downstream and Upstream Signals? Could be a signal issue.
