So I removed the Graphics Card completely and it works fine. No idea whats wrong with the card.

I installed windows 10 without the GPU now and it works, but with the GPU the PC starts up displaying A0, but I don't get any video on the monitor connected to the GPU. I'm pretty irritated.

Thats what the build looks like. I have no idea why it isn't working.
