HELP,Intel Management Interface update not installing

Problem

Intel Management Engine Interface is perpetually installing driver update

What Happened

My pc wouldn't shut down, some quick googling told me it's likely because my Intel Management engine interface wasn't liking one of my other drivers and since  IMEI controls your drivers power useage the computer wouldn't shut down, so i went to device manager and tried updating my IMEI online and device manager found a driver to update my IMEI, it is now perpetually stuck on installing a new driver and i can't cancel the install as device manager won't allow me and doing so will corrupt a key driver needed to turn on a pc so i also can't turn off my computer because doing so would again corrupt my IMEI, IS their anyone who knows about this sort of problem and lend me a solution
